Delivery Information
Our standard delievry charge is £45 per pallet.
1 pallet = 14 sq m
e.g. 35 sq m = 3 pallets (£135)
Some items such as roofing pegs are exempt from this pallet charge if ordered alone. Our minimum charge for these is £10.
Our delivery service has been designed to serve the needs of all our customers. Whatever the size, value or weight of your order, we can deliver it wherever you are in the UK.
We welcome all kinds of order, from a few tiles to a full wagon load. There is NO MINIMUM ORDER with all our stock items.
We can give a rapid response which we believe is unrivalled in our industry. This is hugely supported by the fact that we hold such large levels of stock. With this backup, our logistic coordinators and yard team can have your order picked and delivered within 2-3 days. In many cases, this is quicker.
For next day delivery, orders must be received before 12 noon.

We pride ourselves in our delivery service so if you have specific requirements, either trade or retail then please do not hesitate to contact us.
ONLINE DELIVERY COSTS:
LARGER ORDERS
If your order is particularly large, i.e. over 10 pallets, then it may be the case that we can reduce your delivery costs. In these cases, please do not hesitate to contact us and place your order over the telephone. Wherever possible we will endeavour to keep your costs to a minimum.
